Policies

Prior to all treatments, you (the client) will be asked to complete a consultation form either electronically or in person. It is imperative that this form is completed honestly with as much detail where required. It is the responsibility of the client to complete the form in advance of their appointment unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete the consultation form may result in the service being cancelled, rearranged or adjusted to allow the time to complete the consultation form. The client (you) will still be liable for full payment for the booked treatment.  It is the client’sresponsibility to inform Sarah Jayne Skin-Face-Body of any changes at every treatment to ensure on going suitability and safety of the treatment. All the questions on the consultation form are required to be completed fully to be able to offer the most appropriate treatment. Even if not apparent to you (the client) some conditions can restrict treatment or require adaptation for your safety. We (Sarah Jayne Skin-Face-Body) take safety very seriously, any client found to be misleading or withholding information on their consultation may be refused treatment due to safety or inability to assess suitability for treatment. We hold all information in the strictest of confidence in line with GDPR.

Out of respect for both therapist (Sarah Jayne Skin-Face-Body) and other clients we ask all clients (you) to arrive on time to their scheduled appointment. In order to offer the full treatment that has been booked and ensures that you (the client) get the full treatment experience. If you arrive after the start time of your appointment we (Sarah Jayne Skin-Face-Body) reserve the right to adapt or cancel your treatment. Please note not all treatments can be adapted. You (the client) will still be liable for the full cost of the appointment booked. Any further appointments will be cancelled if full payment is not made.Sarah Jayne Skin-Face-Bodyreserves the right not to rebook clients who are repeatedly late. At Sarah Jayne Skin-Face-Body we want you to have the best treatment; this can only be done when you have the full treatment experience. 

We (Sarah Jayne Skin-Face-Body) understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that this is done as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time you can re-arrange your appointment for no charge. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time then 50% payment will be required and payment will be taken from the card held on file from the booking.

If you (the client) does not show for their appointment at the scheduled time, full (100%) payment will be taken from the card used to secure the appointment booking.

We (Sarah Jayne Skin-Face-Body) reserve the right to waiver fees in extenuating circumstances. We (Sarah Jayne Skin-Face-Body) reserve the right not to re-book clients who repeatedly, cancel, reschedule or do not show to appointments.
